On 23 February 2026, L3 Business and Foreign Languages students from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi took part in an educational visit to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), accompanied by Dr. Billel Ferhani.
The visit offered students valuable insight into the practical functioning of financial and capital markets, as well as the pivotal role stock exchanges play in supporting economic growth and fostering dynamic investment ecosystems. Through direct engagement with industry professionals, students were able to connect theoretical knowledge acquired in the classroom with real-world market practices.
The ADX team provided a warm welcome and shared in-depth perspectives on market operations, regulatory frameworks, and the exchange’s contribution to the UAE’s financial landscape. These discussions significantly enriched the students’ academic experience and enhanced their understanding of global business and finance.
