Talk – Bridging Worlds: Francophone Influences in Arabic Literature

Join us at SUAD Campus for an insightful conversation about “Bridging Worlds: Francophone Influences in Arabic Literature”. The 34th edition of the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair is launching a new initiative titled “On the Path of Knowledge”, an educational tour featuring renowned authors and distinguished academics hosted by the faire, who will a selection of schools and universities to deliver sessions to students.

The initiative aims to inspire students and strengthen their love of reading and learning, while giving the participants the opportunity to interact with influential authors and thought leaders, thereby developing their critical thinking skills and enhancing cultural awareness among the new generation. Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi is thrilled to be part of the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair roadshow and to welcome four exceptional panelists on this occasion:

• Dr Hana Subhi, French Lecturer at Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi.
• Kamel Owaid Al Amiri, Poet, Author and Translator.
