Research Interests

My current research, developed in the field of geoarchaeology, focuses on the interactions between hydrological dynamics (marine and continental) and human settlement. It aims to better understand how human societies have in the past (i) managed the water resources and their variations, (ii) adapted to the evolution of the hydrosystem and / or the shoreline (related to sea level changes).
